The week included awareness activities, a pinwheel garden, informative presentations, daily announcements, and a school-wide blue day to honor child abuse prevention efforts. Benjamin School STUDENTS Reach 650 with Presentation on Child Abuse Prevention
Louisa Swank, Ava Crawford, and Gianna Demerski from The Benjamin School Buccaneers Chapter of Students Speak Up for Kids reached 650 students and staff with a presentation on breaking the cycle of child abuse, abandonment, and neglect. They also decorated the courtyard with a pinwheel garden, distributed blue ribbons, and encouraged students to wear blue in support of child abuse prevention.
Spanish River STUDENTS Create 100 Coloring Books for Foster Kids!
