Hawks Chapter of STUDENTS Speak Up for Kids at Seminole Ridge High School conducted a virtual “Mindful Art” session that was designed for preteens who enjoy relaxing through arts and crafts. Hanna Freeman, and four chapter members, spent time with these children guiding the attendees through some stress-relieving and anxiety-reducing tips and tools as they painted together and had fun connecting.
