Boca High Bobcats Reach Over 3,500 With CAP Blue-Out, Pinwheels, & Banner Project!

Students in the Boca High Bobcats Chapter of Speak Up For Kids, led by Sophia Mills, worked together in a foster care awareness project. The students wore blue, created a banner, and carried pinwheels for the start of Child Abuse Awareness Month. This project touched 3,726 people and brought much-needed attention to the horrible child abuse that is experienced by foster youth who are already going through so much.

This project is yet another step toward solving the many problems with the foster care system. By reaching thousands, the students made an impactful step in advocacy.
