Spreading Smiles, One Stocking at a Time: Benjamin School Buccaneers Give Back

Louisa Swank, Ava Crawford, and Gianna Demerski, along with the Benjamin School Buccaneers Chapter of STUDENTS Speak Up for Kids, helped bring holiday joy to children by creating 40 personalized holiday stockings filled with festive treats and thoughtful surprises.

Each stocking was carefully assembled and included homemade ornaments, holiday candies, hot chocolate mix, and other fun stocking stuffers, making the season a little brighter for those who received them. This heartfelt project was a meaningful way to spread warmth, kindness, and holiday spirit.

Why This Matters

The holiday season is about giving, connection, and creating special moments. A personalized stocking can bring joy, comfort, and a sense of belonging to a child, especially when filled with handpicked treats and homemade gifts. By adding a personal touch, the Benjamin School Buccaneers helped ensure that each child felt valued and celebrated during the holidays.

How You Can Help

At STUDENTS Speak Up for Kids, we believe in the power of small acts of kindness to make a big impact. Here’s how you can get involved:

  • Donate holiday treats, ornaments, or small gifts to support similar initiatives.

  • Create personalized stockings to bring joy to children during the holidays.

  • Join or start a chapter to lead service projects that make a difference in your community.

Thank you to Louisa, Ava, Gianna and the Benjamin School Buccaneers for spreading holiday magic through their generosity and creativity.
