Benjamin School Buccaneers Rise Up for Child Abuse Prevention With An Impactful Presentation, Beautiful Pinwheel Garden, and Ribbons of Hope

                                            Smiles for hope!

Blue pinwheel garden to advocate Child Abuse Prevention.

Louisa Swank led The Benjamin School Buccaneer Chapter of STUDENTS Speak Up for Kids in an awareness campaign for Child Abuse Prevention Month. This chapter made a significant impact during a recent school-wide CAP presentation, motivating approximately 500 students and staff as they raised awareness about the critical issue of child abuse prevention. The event featured the distribution of blue pinwheels, symbolizing hope and the commitment to protecting children.

Additionally, students created a beautiful pinwheel garden that served as a visual reminder of dedication to this cause. Through these efforts, not only were students educated on the importance of preventing child abuse, but this chapter also created a supportive community where everyone can play a role in the well-being of children. These advocates, together with Speak Up for Kids, are making strides toward a safer future for all. Way to go Buccaneer’s!
